Conscientious professional. Ambitious individual. Commmited to creating great digital products since 2008.

Salut!

I'm Adrian. I design digital products for a living. In the past 15 years, I've worked with multidisciplinary teams from all over the world to create simple and intuitive solutions for a wide range of products.

I'm a multitasker with an very good eye for design. Imaginative, well-organized, good-natured, and flexible. Strong communicator, with great written and verbal communication skills. Excellent self-starter. I can collaborate effectively with engineers and work in a fast-paced environment. Accustomed to working remotely with team members spread across various time zones.

Me

I'm damn good at

Collaborating with C-level executives to define features, validating ideas through prototypes, writing front-end code, conducting user research and UX studies, and leading teams of designers and front-end developers.

I bring a wealth of experience to every challenge and good sense of humour. I can come up with my own goals and execute them. I don't need heavy direction. I can set the tone, assign items, determine what needs to get done, set my own direction, etc. I don't need handholding or constant supervision.

Product Design

I design simple, user-friendly, solutions for digital products. Tons of experience working with complex design systems, enterprise products, and mobile apps.

Product Thinking

I have a holistic approach to designing products that prioritize user needs considers the business goals and constraints and results in a well-designed, end-to-end experience.

Front-end development

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Able to build and test prototypes, ensure designs are feasible and will be properly translated into the final product.

UX Research

Able to inform my designs with user insights and validate my design decisions, discover user needs, and create better, more user-centered products.

Projects

Here's a collection of my favorite projects from the past decade. My role in these has been that of a visual designer (back in the day) and product designer (more recently). I've kept some of the old ones because I like them and they still make me smile. Check 'em out.

I'm currently based in Romania but I work from 12pm - 8pm EEST (that's 6am - 2pm ET). Yes, that late.
